When repair is not the answer
Sometimes the honest report is that a roof is finished: the covering worn thin on every slope, or decking soft in enough places that patching becomes postponing. What we do not do
New construction roofing belongs to the builders' own crews; Ellis used to frame for them and leaves the new roofs to them. Flat commercial roofing is a different trade with different materials, and we will say so plainly if your building needs it. And if the water is coming from plumbing, a window, or a wall rather than the roof, the inspection will tell you that instead of selling you shingles.
